This page holds instructions for joining YC events.
Privileges' and expectations
We only expect communication.
Once you are on our event list, your club can join any YC events as long as we don’t break York University trespassing bylaws. Not all YC events are held on YC property though.
It is also essential that your org. communicates attendance that it expects for our events. This is necessary so that we can minister responsibly.
Join our events
Most importantly, someone from your organization’s official leadership must confirm that your club wants to attend any of our events.
Secondly, your leadership should join our open events forum to discuss what our itinerary is like, and what the time and location are. This is important in case our event changes, or in case we need extra help with preparations.
